Paulo joined Master Drilling in 2011, and as General Manager for the company’s Brazilian operation, focuses on financial management, engineering, logistics, operations, production and commercial and strategic planning. He is also responsible for new business development in Latin America, Europe and the Balkans. Prior to this, he worked as an operations director at Scaling Engineering, primarily managing contracts and construction sites. He also worked at Akropolics Inc. in Maryland, USA, overseeing numerous housing, construction and commercial projects.
